The application provides the ability to make informed decisions to meet maintenance goals, from the initial loading of OEM digital data through the analysis of the requirements needed to perform the necessary maintenance. Planning for short, medium and long term events, hangar capacity, manpower and material needs is provided for. Digital documentation functionalities are supported at the desktop level or via any mobile device. Status reports and reliability data analysis available at any time. Work packages can be created and delivered to maintenance in traditional paper form or on a mobile device and includes the option for digital electronic signatures.

eMRO and Trax M&E provide effective management for Line, Base and Component Shop maintenance with the ability to schedule work orders, assign slots and maintenance personnel, reserve materials, manage the downtime, and allow paper-based or fully electronic signoffs for compliance purposes. All the while tracking the costs of each event at a detailed level to be transferred online to finance. Ground support equipment has its own separate capabilities included. Third party contracts and internal contracts can be setup with associated costs for manpower, material and other requirements with complete billing control. eMRO can also be used in a fully mobile environment via a smart phone or tablet, thus enabling time and cost savings.

Financial modules provide single or multi-company functionality. All financial transactions that are performed within eMRO or Trax M&E modules are accounted for, and journal entries produced, which can be transmitted to corporate finance systems via online interfaces. Fixed asset management, including depreciation, is included. Three way matching for order, receipt and invoice with the opportunity to connect to corporate accounts payable system for two-way data.

Forecasting audit and training requirements allows efficient scheduling of workload. Regulatory compliance is monitored and maintained. Suppliers are automatically prevented from being used if their authorization status or audit expires. Employee training can be managed at a detailed level with automatic notifications sent for license renewals.
